Hi, I'm Alma, the founder of Studio Heym.

Studio Heym is a boutique real estate branding and web design studio with 10+ years of experience helping residential and mixed-use developments become places people want to live in.

We use branding, design, and digital experiences to shape how a property is seen, felt, and remembered. From naming and identity to SEO copy, websites, imagery, signage, and leasing materials, every touchpoint works together to create a feeling people want to be part of.

Our work began in New York, with developers, landlords, and leasing teams across NYC, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, and is now expanding to Los Angeles and Miami.

How Studio Heym started

It started with a story, not a spreadsheet.

In 2017, while working on the marketing team at Roomrs, a co-living startup, I told the founder their website didn't reflect the experience they had actually created. That became my job.

Rebuilding that site, with multiple buildings, hundreds of renters, and live availability, taught me the lesson I've never let go of: when someone is looking for a home, they're not just looking at square footage and amenities. They want to picture their life there. They want to feel something.

Heym (haɪm) means home in Yiddish. That's the whole idea.

What we build

Naming and logo design. Visual identity, color, and typography. SEO copywriting. Custom illustrations and imagery. Architectural renderings, branded floor plans, and virtual staging. Custom websites with the technical setup handled for you.

And when it's time to lease: building signage, brochures, flyers, social assets, and everything else your property puts out into the world.
